Rate Controller
Adjusting your liquid or granular product rates should be simple. With Precision Planting's RateController, you can easily adjust applied rates and compensate for speed changes on the go.
RateController allows you to control most PWM control electric or hydraulic motors powering liquid and dry fertilizer systems. As well, you can convert ground drive air seeders or box drills to hydraulic drive, or take control of existing hydraulic drive systems.

EMHD
EMHD controls liquid application rates using an electromagnetic flow meter. This opens up your options for a wider range of liquid products. Use the liquid product you want with the accuracy you need with EMHD. EMHD performs well with any grade of liquid fertilizer or liquid products, even those in suspension, such as biologicals.

FlowSense
Current fertilizer flow meters tell you if fertilizer is flowing, not the rate that is being applied on each row. When it comes to liquid application, rates, plumbing, pumps, and pulsation, there are a lot of working parts that sometimes have unknown problems. FlowSense allows you to measure the rate of fertilizer you’re applying on each row of your planter or sidedress bar, to make you aware of any row-to-row variability that is occurring so that you can be confident in your application rate. This equipment gives you the actual liquid application rate on each row, not just if it's flowing or not.

PumpStack
Selecting the correct liquid fertilizer pump for your application technology and fertility program rates can be difficult. Pump Stack from Precision Planting makes it easy to pair up your application technology with your fertility rates and is designed to work with Precision Planting’s Fertility System or other rate controllers so that you can easily design a liquid fertility system.
With three sizes to choose from, you can easily select the one that best fits your rates. Pump Stack is ordered without a motor and is directly compatible with Precision Planting and John Deere PWM-controlled hydraulic motors. Use a motor you already have, or choose the one that works best for you.
